Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

For all returns, please contact us first.

Crossroads Trading want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from us.  We understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy as possible.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must contact us to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

You are entitled to return a product for refund or replacement if the purchased item fails to meet the consumer guarantees as set out under the Australian Consumer Law Act. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, i.e. unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us, and be sure to include:

  • Your name
  • Contact phone number
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We do not provide refunds for ‘change of mind’.

If you have received an item that has been shipped in accordance with your order, but you would prefer a different size or style, we may consider an exchange. Please contact us to discuss your exchange. Please note you will be responsible for any return postage costs.

If you have received an item that is damaged, faulty, or has not been shipped in accordance with your order, please contact us and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Some items, such as special orders, gift cards, consumable/perishable items or sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
