Shipping & Returns:

Shipping:

All orders are shipped directly from our family owned store in Ballan. It is our aim to ship all order received within 1-2 business days, with the exception of special orders. All shipping options, including Express Post are shown at checkout.

If you choose Express Post and your order is received before 11am AEST on a regular business day, we will send your order out that same day. Express Post Orders received after 11am AEST on a regular business day will be posted next business day.**

There is no minimum order value for orders being sent to an Australian address but we do have a minimum postage charge of $15.

Crossroads Trading provide shipping to all Australian addressed the Australia Post service zone.

We offer a range of standard postage options, including:

• Flat rate of $15 for parcels weighing up to 3kg (excluding bulky items)
• Flat rate of $20 for parcels weighing between 3kgand 5kg (excluding bulky items)
• Postage for parcels weighing 5kg or more, postage will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order, and where your order is being delivered to.

Express Post is optional at checkout and is based on the weight and size of your parcel.

From time to time, orders of multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels.

Click & Collect:

We offer Click & Collect service for local customers. If you choose this option, we will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation with you.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

For all returns, please contact us first.

Crossroads Trading want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. We understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy as possible.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must contact us to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

You are entitled to return a product for refund or replacement if the purchased item fails to meet the consumer guarantees as set out under the Australian Consumer Law Act. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, i.e. unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us, and be sure to include:

• Your name
• Contact phone number
• Order number
• Reason for return (We do not provide refunds for ‘change of mind’.)

If you have received an item that has been shipped in accordance with your order, but you would prefer a different size or style, we may consider an exchange. Please contact us to discuss your exchange. Please note you will be responsible for any return postage costs.

If you have received an item that is damaged, faulty, or has not been shipped in accordance with your order, please contact us and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Some items, such as special orders, gift cards, consumable/perishable items or sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

• Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
• Saturday: 8am – 4pm
• Sunday: 10am – 2pm

Our online store is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for your convenience.
